E-Drop is a method for integrating your datasets into the GRYN platform by reading email attachments. We identify the account based on the sender's email address, ensuring the correct data flow. Therefore, it's essential that the sender's email address is registered on the GRYN platform.

You would provide information such as whether you're uploading as a shipper or supplier, the Mode of Transport, if you want to use previous configuration, and if you want to calculate emissions.

Depending on for how many contacts you are uploading for, you need to provide Internal Name and Internal ID.

You can choose how to provide us with the information: via email body text, subject line in the email, or as the file name.
